I know I have already said it, but this is such a great shot! As far as not participating when hosting, well the host makes up the rules! I do think iso3200 participated in some of the challenges he hosted... Thank for sharing, anyway! I want you to know that this particular image was a great inspiration for me when I did the "Colorful Shapes" shot. --Olaf

Thanks Phil. I didn't ask! I just got out of my car with my tripod and started shooting. A lady came out after awhile to ask me what I was doing so I told her I was taking pictures for a photography challenge on complementary colors. She didn't seem to mind! Roberta

Roberta. That's a great example, and proof that car shots don't have to be boring! I know my local Mazda dealer very well... but I'm not sure what they would say if I started taking shots like this! Phil

Thanks Olaf! I'm just shooting a few for examples. I've always been interested in looking for complementary color combinations so I'm challenging myself too. I thought the host was not supposed to submit in the galleries. I will be busy with the challenge so I will post mine here every now and then. Roberta
