Fresh Squeezed Ver 2*
by Scott Hopkins

Based on several comments from the previous post. I tried for a drip above the glass...and I am not sure which one I like better.

Canon EOS 10D
1/250s f/16.0 at 65.0mm iso400 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

Don't you just hate customers like this? You give them a shot, they tell you what you should have done, you give them THAT and they go and tell you they like the first one better! LMAO!!!!!!! Nice shot but probabably what is the beauty of the original one is that it ISN'T what you'd expect to be typically done. Again, breaking the rules adds interest! :) ~ Lonnit

At risk of repetition. This shot makes more sense - but I prefer the original. I think it's the portrait format of this that's not as appealing as the first. Perhaps.

Another great shot from you... on comparing both the images, though this one makes for a more 'realistic' image, I have to confess that somehow I like the other one better. Vikas

I like the composition better on this version, but I think I like the slightly softer lighting of the other.

Very good Scott,
Kudos to you for giving it a second try. This is just what I had in my minds eye when I saw the first image, placement and exposure are spot on imo, Fantastic. Peter

Hmmm... I assumed I'd like this better, but I think I actually prefer the original - probably for just that: it's originality! Good job though Scott. Phil.

Scott,
Great concept~ well done. Call Tropicana and you might make some money from this image! Very refreshing. Roberta

Don't ask me why but, even though this one is well thought out and, seems to make more sense visually... I still like the other image better? I give you a great deal of credit for doing this second shot... it's a great shot! Mark J
