Photograph of a fried chicken vendor at a First Night (New Years Eve) festival in the small town I live in. It was my first experience shooting outdoors at night with my 10D, shot everything in manual, and was very happy with the rim lighting effect I got with this photograph. These guys were cranking out the hot fried chicken on this cold winter night and attracted many hungry customers with their aromatic snacks.
