To me, this shot is more about the attire than about who this woman is. The top of her head outside the frame, the low shot-angle, and the bright and contrasty skirt, all contribute to making the clothes in general, and the skirt in particular, the main subject(s) of this image... As a fashion shot it is a great one - and very convincingly carried out! --Olaf
