Teapot, John: Thanks for generous comments. I did add noise during post. Given emphasis on duties as host, I have had little time to shoot. So, to inject some fun/novelty, I vowed to post nothing in Eligible that fell in my personal sweet spot (i.e. usually clean, sharp, full color images). The grain and high-contrast of this image and my other entry (Lomograph 167, which has landed with a thud) are experiments for me. In a prior Challenge, I borrowed from Iso. This time, from Scott Hopkins. Plagiarism is half the fun (*sMiLe*). Again, thanks. --Joe

Another great shot Joe. Is the noise the original from the iso400 or have you added any in post-processing?

My absolute favourite so far. I keep coming back to this engaging shot. How many times have we as parents seen it? But you have captured it.
