This guy was a great subject that I had in mind for a portrait round.
I decided to turn it into a black and white because the background wasn't that flattering. The hair colour is real.

Excellent shot! I like the diagonals of the hair, forehead, nose, tongue, jaw, shirt. It gives some energy to the shot. I was disappointed that there was no tongue piercing though (not your fault! LOL!) as I expeceted that was the reason the tongue was out. Perhaps maybe though, this is a good thing b/c that would have been too cliche'. It surprised me that there was no tongue pierce and surprises are good in photographs. ;) ~ Lonnit

Very high impact. I like the simplicity of this shot.

I love this shot. For me it captivates the feelings of youth, rebellion and confidence. It’s a good job the background looked poor initially because what you’ve eventually presented us with is a raw and earthy entry. Peter Woods
