Nice! I, myself, just discovered the Invert and 180 degree hue shift a couple of weeks ago. It can make some interesting pictures as yours is a testament to!

It LOOKS like one of those static/lightning balls that you buy at a Spencer's Gift store, messed with in PS? Am I close? Whatever it is, I love the colors and energy of this image. Nice!
