Well you know I like space and distance. I might see what a squarer crop does though. We did a few shooting closer, but it was always a pain getting the shadow within the frame. In this shot, the shadow is the biggest part of the image - and that's what the challenge is about, even though the viewer probably looks at Kate more. Still, we had fun. Anyone's feedback and comments are welcomed. Always good to know what other people see in a shot, or how they would have done it. Cheers Olaf

Iso3200, with you being such a talented and creative photographer, I feel that it is OK for me to be very picky when judging your shots. Please have that in mind when I say that I think I like this one better cropped down to a square, cropping about equally much at the top and the bottom. Also, I might have preferred a shorter shooting distance (and focal length) - to get more "presence" in the shot - I feel "distanced" by the empty space and tele-perspective. What do you think? --Olaf
Actually I really like this one, its simple and clean and fits the theme very well. Interesting shape to the shadow and love the stark white back/foreground..... Vikas
When you're on a pedastal you can only fall off LOL!

I hate to be the first to comment. What can I say, great picture iso. But I was expecting something more spectacular coming from you. I have to say I am a bit disapointed.
