The dark area in the middle is the shadow of the water in the glass, as is the dark spot on the bottom. There was a knife lying across the top of the glass that also created shadows, but that got cropped out. Those are mere technicalities, as the most important shadow is the one that is falling upon me as I'm lying under the table taking the shot! LOL! ~ Lonnit

Like this image, it has a dark side to it. The refracted light is very cool. Not so sure about the the shadow element, but a very unique vision. rob
