Penny, what kind of PP did you do to give the man a painted/sketched look? I like the effect, esp. with the background here.

Hi, Penny! I thought about the birds when I first saw this but there are other creatures in there as well so I thought it best to leave it. We will let the voter's decide! I like the morse-code-like reflections, they add to the mystery of the image. ~Sharon

Dear Sharon, after all was said and done and I had already uploaded this, I read the part that says no birds. If you feel I should move this out on that account - or on account of it is not a pet, just tell me. And btw this was on the Christie's storefront. It's probably a Gustav Klimt poster (or something like that). The sparkles are reflected from the marquee across the street.
