Hi Olaf must be 5 years since i tried on this site, remember you from then. the shots were taken to publicise the santuary (www.buttercups.org.uk) not enter this but yellows yellow after all. thanks to all for your welcome Alex

I would prefer a more off centre composition - with more space in front of (viewers left) the subject and less behind (viewers right). The selective focus is nice (always effective for portraits) and I find the image interesting to explore with my eyes.

Yes, this is not an image to vote for....but Planac is relatively new to the challenges...so what the heck...it is a good picture, it has some yellow....I'd rather be able to see it than not. So welcome. You've gotta shoot what you've got. Traveller

I really do see the yellow... but I'm thinking that, although this is a wonderful image, with yellow, that the voters will not consider it as a contender. Still... I appreciate it, because I enjoy seeing it. It's beautiful. Wonderful. ~Lydia
