The symmetry and perspective, but especially the reverse lighting, all make for an attention grabbing image! Even if this is shot at 24 mm (FF), it surprises me to see such great depth-of-field. Another thing that strikes me is the scale: those doors are not regular sized doors! This becomes evident when one notices how little the car is in relation to the colonnade.
