Many thanks, Kuivaamo and Melbob
dust: I have a bad habit of never switching the camera off and sensor cleaning works when you do this

The centered composition is a very good choice here. The isolated statue stands out very well from the background. Well seen! -Kuivaamo

Great find and captured alexeig.

Hey... are they sensor dust specks I see... lower RHS? If so doesn't the sensor cleaner remove them??

What an astounding image, alexeig! You have to tell me more... where in the world do you find such a statue? What is it, or for whom was it built? One gets the impression that it is immensely tall, or is it just your clever choice of camera angle. Fantastic the contrasts in colours. And yes, the person - whoever it is - certainly appears very calm/serene/still. (Perhaps worth a quick clone brush job to get rid of what looks like a dust spec towards the far right?) Compliments and regards Nico
