I was working on this title all week. I took alot of blurs at night that might have qualified (sort of) but at night you can't see faces well enough. This was my only daytime shot that worked out okay. Thanks for the comments. Penny Street
It is not often that a blurred or out-of-focus image REALLY works. I don't think I have ever managed a successful one, to be honest. This, though, fits the challenge like a glove, if you'll pardon the expression! :-)
