The angle of view and control of what to include and what to exclude from the background makes this more than "just a photograph of a sculpture". This is your vision of the sculpture in its setting. I find your own title better fitting to the image and fully justified. Crediting the artist in your caption should be enough.

Thanks - my original title for this was "Stainless Embrace", but I wanted to highlight the sculptor.
