Make it Red

A forty foot metal sculpture by Mark DiSuvero on the grounds of the Cranbrook Academy of Art, Bloomfield Hills, MI.

To me it looks like a better mouse trap. It is in fact a tribute to Mother Teresa.

According to my daughter, a graduate of said art academy many of the students say:
"If you can't make it good, make it big."
"If you can't make it big and good, make it red."

Nice work, Pops. I remember being intrigued by this sculpture the first time around. The light is particularly nice on the sculptural elements. -Michael

Heck, I like both of them, but like your daughter's quip even better. Nice. Traveller
