Great looking IR image Mikey and the tilt makes it even more interesting! :-) CJ

Thanks for the comments, Bob, Mary Anne & Penny. Yeah, Bob, on the processing, its mostly the IR cam that does the hard work there. The B&W is pretty easy, once you get the hang of it. Mary Anne, I shot it this way to get as close to the tree as possible, include the whole tree and get it to "point" to opposing corners. This lens has a 180 degree field of view from corner to opposite corner (another opposite!). Cheers, y'all. -mikey

interesting .... I think I'm going to have to live with this before I venture an opinion (but that doesn't mean I don't enjoy what I'm seeing!) Penny Street

Interesting angle here, Michael. I'm curious about why you decided to present the image at this angle. Did you shoot it with the tilted horizon, or was it done in PP? Please understand that I'm not criticizing it...just trying to understand why.

I like your processing here Michael... kinda 'Ansellish'.

Interesting how trees adapt to catastrophic injuries when young and continue on and upward?
