Natural light, shallow DOF to emphasise message on bag and eyes.
Copied/pasted/shrunk twice to get frame effect and filled the middle layer with darker green.

Love those "green" bags - I try to use mine when I shop but sometimes I forget to put them back in the car and then don't have them for the next shopping trip. Cute little critter reading the message too! :-) CJ

Thanks Nico, this is exactly as composed and shot. I opened the lens fully to isolate the ugly back fence and that gave me a very shallow DOF.

I suspect that this cheapy lens back-focuses because I actually focussed on the eyes and in fact the immediate foreground is in sharp focus. (It was hand held so I may have moved slightly after locking focus)

The only pp here is sizing to 800 px and mucking around with some sort of frame thingy.

I like this a lot, Melbob... a LOT! Was the OOF background all "natural" due to the f/1.8, or was this enhanced by applying some blur filter to the OOF regions? Not that it matters. I am just surprised by the sharp transition? Super pic! Regards Nico
