Old Skool Composite by Canon DSLR Challenge

5 second exposure, dark room, quick hands moving the flash and apple and a lot of luck since I couldn't see a thing after the first flash!

Canon EOS 10D ,Canon EF 24-105mm f/4L IS USM
5s f/8.0 at 40.0mm iso100 full exif

other sizes: small medium original auto

I tried to do something like this for this challenge, but had one of my kids turn the light on and off while I was the model. It's not good enough to show. sigh This is wonderful, Barry! ~Lydia

Flash was in my hand, set to manual @ 1/128 power (since It was so close to the subject) and I just used the Pilot button to fire. -Barry

Very cool "composite". How did you get the flash to fire multiple times during the 5 second exposure? I'd love to try the technique. -Michael
