I was only told 'Bring your camera to this event' so when I arrived and realised what was required I thought 'Oh ---- I don't have the equipment or skill for something like this'

I started shooting Raw but eventually had to switch to Jpeg when I realised I didn't have enough card space. The Raw images produced much better results

Canon 40D with 24-105 L lens. I used Tv setting at 1/200; Iso 100; which gave an aperture of F4; Speedlite 580 EXII flash.

After recently purchasing some improved software I have had a second go at editing these photos but I'm still not really happy with the result. However, here are are a random sample from this event. These weren't professional models, just a few local volunteers.
