This is a head shot of the dark brown Dolomedes spp. spider a couple of images back in this gallery. From the looks of the pedipalps in this photo, this looks to be a female spider. Compare to image of the somewhat smaller white-bodied spider of similar form that was found next to this one (see previous image). Unfortunately, the shot is a little blurred, but it looks like it looks like a male.
