If you aren't using 'original' it is best to press that first. Panorama of 2 shots which took a bit of stitching; RAWs converted 'ex camera' apart from small exposure compensation in PSE4, stitching and jointing in GraphicConverter (mac only), editing in Nikon Capture NX.
