Gloucester cathedral

My favourite of the "three choirs" cathedrals which alternate an annual festival of choral music in August, in fact struggling to find a more favourite anywhere else either, though it now has Ely as a joint favourite

It was when comparing notes on pBase over this gallery started in 2006 with a bridge camera that I came across John Reynolds, and likewise he revisited in Dec 2013, so I find myself following him again - see ( https://pbase.com/jhaydnreynolds/gloucester_cathedral - but you will not find many duplicates

Spectacular examples of many of the periods of English ecclesiastical architecture blended into one superb whole
