Having recently purchased a Nikon D500 I decided to take it to the 'Electric Desert' display at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix to try out its low-light capabilities. Having used a D5100 for the past seven years and considering all the shots were handheld I was very impressed with what this camera was able to do.
