When I arrived home from work on Tuesday,
this male cardinal had become trapped in my sunroom.
Before I could get the door unlocked, the bird crashed into
a window and flopped to the floor. Rudi rushed in the dog/cat door,
scooped up the cardinal and took off running. Erin and I were
chasing her and screaming "drop it, Rudi!" She finally did, but it was too late.
