Thought about how fast computing has come and what is in the future--only a guess in the imagination where this will all go. The images are all mine. The abacus dates before 1387 AD and was a drawing in sand. The one pictured here came from Russia and is still frequently used. I use my phone all the time for a calculator. Amazing. The adding machine is the one my dad used. The one I had was electronic. I ditched it years ago. Exciting.

I tried making smoke and also putting text on a path which I'm sure everyone knows how to do. But it was a first for me.
