And the wars go on

Used the duster, Indian chief and ration book. My meaning in this is to convey that wars go on and on never ending.

Very thoughtful--dire warning, maybe? I like the worn and faded look--as if, the more things change the more...

The way the Indian shows through, it makes the ration book look wrinkled and sagging which I like. Good idea for this challenge. Sure gives us all pause to think.--skunk

As badly as I hate to admit this, I do remember as a child these ration books. Everything like meat, sugar, gasoline--you name it--was rationed. There was a lot of black market floating around also. I agree with you that the Indian face should be showing more. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

What an appropriate mix for the times! very good idea - I might let the indian show through just a bit more - I really had to look for the face. Well done.
