The eyes are from the wright-cyclone-radial-engine (the wheel thingy in the background);
The "bone" in her arm is the athame;
Her digestive track is from both the wright-cyclone-radial-engine and the cruise-missile-engine;
The bumps on her legs come from the rusty-scratched-metal-iron-structure;
The texture on the whole robot is the grunge-background.
