Into Battle

A bit of whimsy - clearly inspired by both Almita's previous image (on the use of the charred frame) and by Tim's human projections.

As you may see, I used Paul's Dark Glass as the main color overlay and I extended the canvas by incorporating Amita's Driftwood. The three others are fairly obvious. I'm getting to love CS5 more for each time I use it, SO easy to tweak details and local effects. Of course, the blend modes and overlays totally obscures my perfect masking :)

Changes her gaze from ahead to checking her flank. Is she Nemo's nemesis, or a frenemy? Color on her face could be war paint, or clown makeup. "Clowns" have a different meaning in some cultures. Well done. >PaulJSvBFCM

Beautiful. I love the lyrical movement of the line going from the face down the shoulder and into the lower right.

Too cool T.! I am really impressed with the way you were able to incorporate so many images, and yet come up with a coherent and impressive image.
And I love the idea of little Nemo and a beautiful Native--both vanishing species?...
