Used all images except "no windows". Mostly blending effects, masking, scaling and a couple distortions. Added some thickness to the central figure by drawing shape with pen tool and then filling with gradients faded and blended.

All captains love cold, old clouds,
up in the blue sky on delicate wings
Weaving and winging in constant motion

Die quietly like a cold wave,
throwing rocks and the snake
while gleefully squealing

All suns fight warm, sunny ships,
as she lived with a
pine spine in a bucket of leeches

Whales die like sunny winds,
birds evaporate into a sky greenly tainted
the god you never knew

a firefly laughs and softly explodes
