I can tell you've done this before and I sooo like black and white for mood. Your lead-ins' are very good here and one can enter the picture from all sides. Like the graininess, softness texture, 'feel=)' and movement I'm getting in your sweet spot.

WOW! You really nailed this one—what a psychologically powerful image. I especially like how the face seems like it’s going to slide off the canvas. Will she be saved or is it too late? This is one of those images that you want to know more about—such as what the fingers are doing— I can see several possibilities. it’s almost like a person that is in a coma in a dream state—the fingers trying to reach in. You also set up a nice textural interplay with the cleanness of the face, the disintegrating hand and the textured fingers. I also like the grungy window like frame—a perfect backdrop.
