Added a background (cement wall); added a layer that turned the portrait black and white; made it oval; added an inner shadow to the portrait; created the frame from the stonehenge wall; added a bevel and emboss and drop shadow to the frame; rotated everything so the lighting was all coming from the same side (the light on the portrait and the frame are both coming from the upper left and the shadows are on the lower right).
