Selected the weeds and on one layer, I used Fotosketcher to get an out line and soften the inside. I also took the weeds into channels and was able to select them, then filling them with black. I also used a layer mask on two of the layers. Did some erasing, touch up and ended up with this pattern of weeds on the window.
