Stream and Sky

Just two images blended into one believable whole, I hope. I enhanced the color, especially in the ground and sky image using blending modes and finished up with a Photoshop watercolor effect.

Very painterly and well composed; printed on Arches paper, it would be a nice painting for a bedroom, restful, yet not cute or sweet.

This is way more interesting than the original image of the steps. The water color does the job, especially the coloring in the water between the log and steps.--skunk
