May 23 - Olympic Torch

Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

It had to be taken. How often does the Olympic torch pass nearby?
Caused quite a hooha in town, plenty of people turned out to cheer it along its way.

Top shot. You have really captured the growing excitement. I can remember back in 2000 being not especially excited by the coming Olympics in nearby Sydney .... until the torch passed through town - igniting EVERYONE'S interest. Hope everything goes well for the big event.
