Robert joined Blink 182 on stage for their Dec. 6th, 2004 show at Wembley Arena, to do All Of This and Boys Don't Cry.

OMG what a dream come true for me to be able to see The Cure and Blink 182
together. I have seen both bands in concert, but of course The cure are best.
I love the song robert did with blink, All of this. Why cant we have a concert like
this in Australia, cause they are just as much loved here as well.

To be practical, Blink probably got more out of collaborating with the Cure than the Cure did working with Blink. The Cure's music has a lot more depth and textuality. In response to "FUCKBOY", only losers wan't to be like 13 year olds trapped in 30 year olds bodies. Robert rules!!!!!!!!

Blink 182 are really nothing special.In my opinion they are not necessary to music at all. CURE 4ever!!!

Guest your freakin' language isn't really necessary, and Blink 182 does NOT suck if you ask me. What do you have against them? Whatever it is, Robert sees something in them, so, I hate to be a prick, but you can just shut your mouth and let Robert do what he wants.

blink 182 is one of the worst bands ever-robert smith must be mocking them behind their backs because no one in their right mind would or could like shit182. robert probably got lost on his way to the pub and some cute girl told him it's in there and it's karoake night and he could win free beers all night long.

I'm a Cure fan and of the 80's bands and punk. I can't believe Robert S played with them. Nothing bad about RS but blink182 fuckin sucks and if you like them fuck you!

Funny about the comment on Robert and Simon "hating" these sorts of bands like blink. When they first started, they were (or wanted to be) the anti-image. Do you think Blink182 has an "image?" I rather think that Blink182 are very good because they accomplish what they set out to do. Perhaps their first records were tongue in cheek type of music, but their latest album is very much a solid piece of musical talent, in my opinion. This is probably what Robert sees in them....their talent. I'm really sure he could care less what the typical "Hate everything new that doesn't sound like the old cure" Cure fans think. Let's hear it for different music tastes!!! :)

The Blinks are a complete joke (just my opinion) and I find it hard to beleive RS really likes them. They're just the type of band he and Simon used to mock in interviews.
Hopefully it's just another attempt to reach "the kids".

I am no Blink 182 fanboy.. but I do think it is more than a little lame to ask 'whats wrong with Robert' etc etc for him participating on stage with them.. His song with Blink 182 I like as much, or better than most of 'The Cure'.. and actually.. Blinks 182 is a solid effort.... I mean.. it could be much worse... Robert on stage with N Sync doing a choregraphed number... shudder
