Good for you, Serena! I know the feeling. I was nervous meeting them too last year @ Curiosa. You think of all the things to say but when the time comes, you're speechless & scared!

From Serena:

"In St. Malo I had the incredible chance to meet Simon. We arrived early, I was going to check my ticket when I saw him... it was incredible, Simon standing all alone with a mobile. I recognised him, but couldn't belive to my eyes. My husband forced me to go near him, to take a photo. I was so afraid, and I was shaking that I didn't say a single word. I don't know where my smile came from. What a stupid girl! You meet, for a pure faith choice, your favourite bass player in the world and you don't say a word!
He was nice, in good mood, as suddenly a lot of fans came, he signed everything, he smiled, had a lot of photos. I think he was out as he had two wristband in his hands, maybe for friends. Then my husband went near him, gave some strong hits on his shoulder and said: hey
Simon! really a great concert in Lokeren. Than Simon smiled at him and said a surprised "Oh! Thank you very much"
That's the end of my really non-epic adventure.
By the way, really two wonderful concerts, powerful, we enjoied them so much.
Thank you for being so kind!

Serena"
