"San Miguel Fire Opal #123" This condo is on our 50th street property and is first floor with a large 7 foot by 12 foot outdoor patio with a weber propane gas grill and 4 place table and chairs with court yard views. It is not pool side but the pool can easily be accessed with a short walk around the corner. It is TWO BEDROOM. The 1st bedroom has a queen select comfort/sleep number bed and a 8 foot lighted closet with plenty of shelving and a wall safe. The second bedroom is small, approximately 7 feet by 15 feet. A bunk bed with a full Cool Gel Infused 6" Bamboo Mattress on the bottom and twin Cool Gel Infused 6" Bamboo Mattress on top that can sleep 3 and a smaller 4 foot lighted closet with shelves. Included in this bedroom is a 32" flat screen wall mounted TV with roku programing via the internet. The rental is priced out for two people but can sleep a total of 5. The condo includes mini split A/C"s in the living/dining area and both bedrooms. The kitchen includes a 6 burner burner gas range, full size 24" refrigerator a 30 inch microwave above the stove, blender, toaster, cuisinart coffee maker, and all utensils, pots, pans,silverware and dishes. Four place dining is shared with the living area. Included in the rental is free out bound calls using Vonage North America plan to the US and Canada and basically the rest of the world. The condo's on this property have a separate Vonage inbound phone number (941-621-3394) and a magic jack number (799-400-4700) with a Panasonic CPU and answering/messaging system. Vonage and Magic Jack customers can also call in bound toll free. The local Tel Mex number for this property is 987-872-2111. There is a 42 inch wall mounted flat screen TY with ROKU programing via the internet in the living area, 5 meg's of internet with open US VPN, drinking water in a refrigerated cooler in the kitchen. Hot water is supplied by a propane on demand water heater and has a pressurized water system. All our condos have schlage keyless entry door locks. Cost of the condo is $1775.00 USD plus 19% tax monthly and $550.00 USD plus 19% tax weekly. Additional person charge is $20.00 per person per week USD plus 19% tax. Low season rates June thru December 15th offer a 25% discount plus 19% tax. Auto, moto and bike rentals are available. I was given your email address by Doug Knipe who we have rented a condo from in Cozumel for a few years and he asked us to drop you a line. We highly recommend their place (Diamond K ). It’s a bit off the beaten track (one mile from ocean) which allows you to feel like you are actually in Mexico...and Doug and Terry make every effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome. The apartments are modern, clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need for eating, etc. The area is safe and close to big stores for stocking up fridge,etc. They have a beautiful large pool, and all grounds are as well beautifully maintained. For us it was a great intro to the "ins and outs" of Cozumel and Mexico, as Doug and Terry help with anything that comes up or know where to direct you, and that is sometimes invaluable in a foreign country.
