I'm not kidding.

Right next to a busy road - minding my own business, and turned off onto a side road
to be met with the most bizarre sight -
two cranes walking ever so slowly and majestically across the road right in front of me.

Not sure what the symbolism is, but...okay.

I wanted to get out and direct them to the nearby marsh, but with my luck I would just have
chased them into the nearby traffic.

Hopefully they found wherever they wanted to get to.
