The second wave of plants in the 56 gallon.
Figured out what works from the last batch and filled in the gaps left by what didn't.
I'm trying a couple of things that didn't work out but I liked well enough to try again, so we'll see.
Once these plants settle down and I do a water change or two, then I will move to the
final stage of my plot...er, plan to finish stocking it.
Currently there are 7 cories, 14 cardinals, 1 cockatoo cichlid, and 8 (yes, 8!) female bettas.
The 3 emerald cories I may move to the white tank since for some reason the black sand makes
them camouflage to a dull brown green. The ones I moved from the black tank into the white one
a while back did turn pale green/emerald. They'd look striking against the black sand if only
they'd hold their color, but I guess you can't argue with nature. Oh, well.
