Curruca communis communis - West-Europe and Scandinavia to North-Africa. Winters to North-Africa;
Curruca communis volgensis - East-Europe to West-Siberia;
Curruca communis icterops - West-Siberia to Iran and Asia minor, winters to East-Africa;
Curruca communis rubicola - Northwest-China and West-Mongolia to Kazakstan, winters to South Africa.
