Weather was great for this trip. Morning lows called for a jacket, afternoons was t-shirt and shorts weather. Bright sunny days and the only downside was that the Osprey and Bald Eagles were being camera shy. Plenty of gulls, terns and pelicans though. I did see a few immature Bald Eagles but they kept their distance. I did have one get within camera range but only one frame was in focus. For the rest of the frames, the camera back focused on the buildings, leaving the bird a blurry mess. Night shots were a bit of a challenge with the Super Moon in place. Odd walking around at night and having a shadow. Still it's hard to have a bad trip to Fort Morgan and the Bon Secour Refuge.
