OK, I was a little late with this, but my Aikido class was to blame!
It went from 9.30pm to almost midnight, nearly an hour longer than usual.
Our Sensei was very seriously trying to get something across to us, and
it seems we were all slow learners! Anyway, as soon as I got home, I started
looking up what we'd done in the book, hence the photo.
