29th March, learning to ride

Jon is learning to ride his bike.
I have to set him off with a gentle push, 1-2-3 go,
and he's fine until he stops. His method of stopping
is pretty unique too. To the untrained eye, it looks a
lot like falling off, but he assures me he has that part
completely under control!

Here he is with his more bike-savvy friend, Faris, at
"Helipad Park".

Salim - I hadn't considered that, but I think you're right - it could be interesting. I'll try it out tonight, and link the result in my comments, for comparison.

Great photo and story. Keep him on the grass for at least a year, my daughter fell off her bike and broke a couple teeth when she was six.
