Wolf Creek Waterfall is in TN, although we entered from NC. You don't need 4 wheel drive, but you need a jeep or SUV with ground clearance. It is difficult to get to, so you get it to yourself. I guessimate the height at about 45' (15 meters). The water is cold, but well worth finding it. There is a dry shelf at the side where we had enough room to enjoy a picnic.
