A fantastic weekend of top quality motor racing. Even though the date was earlier in the year than usual, the whole weekend was blessed with glorious hot, sunny weather.
The main race was won by a faultless drive by World Champion, Fernando Alonso, who moved a step closer to retaining his title. Second was Michael Schumacher, ahead of Kimi Raikkonen in third.
Both GP2 races were won by rising star, Lewis Hamilton, who's three car overtaking manouevre early in the second race thrilled the race crowds on Sunday.
The Red Arrows made their traditional visit to the Sunday with another spectacular display before the main race.
