HOT AIR BALLOONS

The SpiedieFest and Balloon Rally is held annually at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, NY.
It honors the Spiedie, chicken chunks on skewers, marinated ina special garlic sauce, and served on french or italian bread.

I only found three vendors selling spiedies. They could have accurately called it The Fried Dough Fest and Balloon Rally. Spiedie and Rib Pit didn't even hav a tent....
The balloons were awesome though. I was right under the turtle when it lifted off.
