DMG_0714.jpg

The color in fact look very "interesting", AKA, "fake" to some people's eyes, but I can't help you on that one and unless you were there to witness that gorgeous moment, you can just call it fake for now. by the way, it's shot raw with D800E and converted to JPEG in LightRoom, some technical info, the shot was purposely under exposed to preserve sky color, therefore foreground under-exposed, 3 stop GND was used to neutralize the foreground and background brightness, the "V-Shape" sky makes it hard to do with the GND, but I put that on anyway, in LR, I pushed shadow recovery all the way and localized sharpening was applied for web display, it's like way more than 3 stops between the sky and dark foreground, that's where the D800E came in handy, that's about the only "PP" was applied, no HDR, no color correcting no White Balance change, if any "correction" is needed, that would be to "tone down" the color saturation, that's to tone down the "real color" to make a "more realistic looking" just so you don't scream "fake fake fake", but that would be truly "fake" if I do so, so for now I just keep the 'true to me, fake to you " color for now. LOL. the color of the sky WAS really that dramatic on the raw file and I need to do nothing to enhance it, by the way, you do realized I am too cheap to own Photoshop right?
