That's what was used for the picture. A 25 year old Nikkor AIS 50mm F1.8 with a Fotodiox Nikon to Canon lens adapter, then one set of Kenko Extension Tube (12mm, 20mm, 36mm), mounted on 5D2, on a tripod, natural window light.
