Another unusual locomotive at Continental Grain in Tacoma Wa. Trainweb identifies this as BLH-Whitcomb 70-ton (model 65DE27) #11, used in Port Townsend and eventually sold to Continental Grain in 1975. Slide is dated May 1981.
